Wake up to the sounds of the ocean and enjoy your private deck that overlooks Medano Beach. The property is so close to the water you'll be lulled to sleep every night.  There are two elevators for your convenience to access the pool and beach areas.  Water taxis, horseback riding, parasailing, banana boats, panga boats, and jet skis are available from the beach.  Deep sea fishing, excursion and glass bottom boats are available at the marina in town, which is a 10 minute cab ride from Villa del Palmar Cabo. Rooms were re-modeled in Sept. 2006; New hot tub on deck, new countertops, wood furniture re-stain, mattress box springs.  These units are 2,500 square foot,  3 bedroom, oceanfront suites, with exterior deck and master bedroom balcony.  The outside decks look directly down on the beach.  The large deck area has table and chairs plus lounge chairs, umbrella, and hot tub with a gorgeous ocean view.  Suite 1401 has king sized beds in all bedrooms and three private bathrooms.  Suite 1501 has a king sized bed in master and queen size beds in the two guest rooms and three private bathrooms.  There are 4 satellite TVs with one in each bedroom and one in the living room. The master bedroom includes a personal safe.  Each suite sleeps six adults plus the living room has two queen size sofas with pull-out bedding.  The additional amenities in these suites are air conditioning, full kitchen with cook top, oven, blender, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishes/cooking utensils, linens/towels, telephones in each room, hairdryers, clothes washer/dryer purified running water and daily maid service.  Optional roll away bed and baby crib can be requested but subject to availability.  Villa del Palmar Cabo is a family friendly resort with the beach activities and its (3) swimming pools.  One pool is designed for very small toddlers to beginning swimmers.  This pool features fun water spouts and an area where young children can be seated in the very shallow water to splash & play.  The two large pools are bounded by the three building U-shape layout.  The upper pool is mostly used by adults. Between the two pools is a water fall and Orca Whale shaped water slide cascading to the lower pool.  A large hot tub is located next to the water fall.  There are activities held at the lower pool such as water volleyball and water aerobics with music filling the air.  Towel service is located near the lower pool.  For the adults there is a small pool and large hot tub next to the beachside bar with daily happy hour.  A challenging 9-hole manicured grass, miniature putting course with water features is located next to the upper pool.  It is very difficult to make par and thus is fun to play over and over.  There is a five dollar charge for one hour's play for the group.  The Kids in Paradise program provides lots of fun activities for children ages 4 to 12.  This is a pay for service program.  Villa del Palmar Cabo has two restaurants, two bars, and a 10,000 square foot day Spa and Fitness center.  Two lighted tennis courts are available for Villa del Palmar guests.  A grocery store with pharmacy, deli sandwich shop, ice cream shop and computers with high speed internet connections are there for your convenience and enjoyment.  An on-site doctor’s office is available near the pharmacy.  Below is a listing of the many amenities and services available at the resort: Activity Desk, Aerobics Classes, Airport Shuttle, ATV Rentals, Bar, Beach, Bilingual Staff, Boat Charters, Car Rentals, Children’s Program, Coin Operated Laundry, Daily Maid Service, Deep Sea Fishing, Doctor’s Office, Exercise Facilities, Golf Nearby, Hiking, Horseback Riding, Internet Access, Jacuzzi Hot Tubs, Jet Ski Rentals, Lighted Tennis Courts, Moped Rentals, Ping Pong Tables (2), Pool Table, Poolside Bar, Restaurants (2), Satellite TV, Scuba Diving, Shuffleboard, Snorkeling, Swimming Pools (3), Video Rentals.
