The following dates are are guaranteed availability for Villa del Arco - Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.  These weeks are reserved under our member number by Universal Vacation Club.

Arrive Saturday, December 18th, 2010; Depart Saturday, December 25th, 2010.

Please state the desired dates so we can check with resort for availability.  To book a reservation through a timeshare owner, a floating week reservation will require long term planning, depending on the dates desired at a high demand resort.  The suite cost is 50% less than the resort's rack rate schedule and there's a limit on how many two bedroom floating weeks are available for timeshare owners to book.  The sooner the desired dates are provided the more likely desired dates can be booked.

50% Deposit due with timeshare rental contract.  Deposit is non-refundable.
Balance due 90 days before arrival date.

Cancellation: 50% of total rent amount refunded if cancelled 61 days or more before arrival date
Refunds made within 14 days of cancellation date.
