We are timeshare owners at Villa del Palmar Resort & Spa, Cabo san Lucas, Mexico, since 2000. 

We have four weeks of vacation time.  We are offering two of our weeks for vacation rental to others who are looking for  discounted rates on ocean front suites within minutes of downtown Cabo. 

The weeks we have for rent are two - 3 bedroom suites during week 28 (see Rental & Availability page for specific dates).
